The screening process is very important for Au Pairing. Au Pair must complete the following in their home country. Personal interviews, references, criminal history and background checks, medical reports, Psychometric test excellent experience in child care.

The process for a host family will usually involve the following

An Au Pair is presented to you with a letter, photo and application form. You have the choice to select them among the minimum 200 hours childcare experience and with the experience of Childcare, house work, baby care, baby nurturing, waking up the children, taking/picking up children to/from school helping with school homework etc. Medical reports ensure the host family that they are physically and psychologically capable of working as an Au Pair. A clear criminal record is obviously vital when applying for an Au Pair Job, so all applicants should submit authority for a police report.
